Since the guys will be kicking it in high gear you do not have much longer to wait (seeing as how you ordered on April 2). Just remember, when you get an email that says your order was delivered, that just means that they dropped it in the mail.

We got a little behind because I was throttled with school work--which meant only one of us was available to process orders--but we're at the beginning of April for the most part. Now that I'm free, I aim to process between 75 and 150 orders a day for the next few weeks, and that should get us close to finished.

Question. My account says delivered, well it says it was delivered today in fact, but I didn't get them.
Is the delivered status simply mean its in route, or... ?

"Delivered" means we prepared the shipping label on Paypal but haven't necessarily printed it yet, though it generally indicates we will very soon. Our shop control panel only has a few settings (Processing, Pending, etc.), so we have to use "Delivered" to help us organize what's ready to go out the door. Wish we could change the word to "Ready to Ship" or something.
Anyway, if you get a Delivered message, it means we should print the label and ship your package within 24 hours.

That's what I wanted to know. You should say where your at in shipping with your updates. I know for people like me, it helps because it helps us know how fast things are moving and where we stand.

Update:
We got over 200 domestic orders shipped between yesterday and today, so I think we're up to mid-April on those.
We're changing our strategy for international orders. Rather than doing them based on when they were placed, we're going to prepare them based on country. This is because the USPS site doesn't let us just copy and paste your addresses as you write them; it makes us organize the information into certain fields--like Name, Address, Province, etc.--and it's not always obvious what's what in foreign addresses. But if we do the research for one country and get used to doing the same thing every time for all the orders, it's much faster and less headache-inducing.
Tentative order of processing:
- UK, Canada, Australia (the biggest batch) - Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria - The order for countries not listed here will be determined as we go.
We can't say specifically on what day this week each country will be processed. I can say that I'm spending between six and ten hours a day processing orders, so most of them should be going out by the end of the week or early next week.

All right, we've finished processing all outstanding orders that were paid for, which means we've prepared all the packages and now just have to generate and affix shipping labels.
We're finally ready to offer a timeline. Please note that this is tentative and in no way binding, but the margin of error should be no more than 1-2 days--as long as everything goes according to plan.
We expect to mail packages according to the following schedule:
Thursday, August 6: - Domestic Presale Batches 1 and 2 - Canada
Friday, August 7: - Domestic Presale Batch 3 - UK and Australia
Saturday, August 8:* - Germany, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Austria, France, Spain
Monday, August 10: - All international countries not listed above - International orders placed after July 1 - Domestic orders placed after July 1
*If we don't get all of the Saturday batch out by mid-afternoon, whatever's left over will have to be shipped Monday morning.

Well, everything hasn't quite gone according to plan, so we've had to modify the schedule a bit. The reason is because PayPal fraud protection put a temporary freeze on our debit card after we ran up a lot of shipping charges on the USPS site. The problem has been resolved, but we have to wait until tomorrow to resume making international labels.
The schedule changes as follows: Most Canadian and domestic orders have shipped. The UK and Australian orders, as well as the few remaining Canadian orders, will be processed along with all the other countries I was planning to do tomorrow. All remaining domestic orders will be in the mail this evening.
