its been quite some time since i used mugen...i remember that to get more characters to choose from, you need to find a new roster layout..its like adding a new char. just for the roster screen..as for adding music...im preety sure you need to change a line of script in the actual map file stating the location of the song file you want to have played (must be an mp3)...

my memory is very faded, so i would suggest searching google for more precise answers..hope this helped anyway

edit:
this might help your character selection problem (download one of the "X-Capacity Select Screen" files, readme is inside the zip: http://gcnmario.free.fr/mugen/addons.html

and it seems i was right about the song change, here it's described in detail: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090118113159AAwZ1TC

Ishiner In addition, a clubhead with less rotation also leads to greater distance, greater ball speed and the ability to make the flight path straighter. In addition, the club head can be optimized for a draw, neutral or fade bias to offset golfer shot tendencies.
